For a while now, I’ve been wanting to make a green smoothie after reading about all its health benefits. Green smoothies are basically just a way to have your daily intake of fruits and veggies all in one go. There are numerous ways to make a salad, some tasty, some uh, not so much. Personally, I’m not a fan of just lettuce, tomatoes and chicken. This way, as far as I’m aware, is the way some Nigerians make salads, maybe with some additions and subtractions (some add macaroni or corned beef among other things).
