Whole Tilapia (& Jollof Rice)

I said it was going to be a fishy week and here’s yet another fish recipe. Aside from the catfish I cooked last, I had some whole tilapia I bought from the Asian market. I thought it was already cut into steaks, but it wasn’t.
At first, I felt a bit of trepidation, seeing as I’ve never cooked whole fish before and then I started wondering how to clean the fish, not realizing it was already cleaned!
