Crepes, crepes, crepes! Eat them for breakfast, roll some corned beef inside them for a filling lunch and maybe even dinner. I heart them. The title is a simple play on Chicken and Waffles. Did you get it?! No? No worries, it’s all in the spirit of fun.

I usually have some odd ends and bits laying around in the kitchen. Most of these are coming to the end of their lifespan (in my kitchen anyways) and if I can’t think of something to make them into, they end up in the garbage.

French toast is one of those substitutes for your regular ol’ run of the mill bread and egg breakfast. Sometimes though, I do prefer just the bread and egg, but when I get tired of it, french toast is always the way to go!
Up until sometime early last year, I always made french toast with just the eggs and then one day, I decided to try it with milk. Lo and behold, fluffiness! The difference was like night and day; without the milk, it’s a tad too dense, but when you add milk, it’s just light goodness. For directions & more, keep reading!
