    I saved the best tweetphotos for last. Most of the groceries I bought with my friend were used to cook meat stew and ila asepo (okra soup). We bought a bunch of goat meat and a head! Goat head, in Nigerian cooking is usually used to prepare peppersoup, after which it is then called ‘Isi Ewu.’

    The goat head we bought was complete with rows of teeth and still had the tongue! I’ve never cooked or seen a goat head before, so this was a very fun, interesting experience for me, LOL. For directions & more, keep reading!
