Green Smoothies

For a while now, I’ve been wanting to make a green smoothie after reading about all its health benefits. Green smoothies are basically just a way to have your daily intake of fruits and veggies all in one go. Not everyone eats a substantial amount of fruits and veggies everyday and in my effort to eat healthier, I started researching green smoothies and supplements.
It’s not enough to just take a multivitamin, a few fruits, the occasional veggie and call it a day. The body needs more than that to rid it of all the toxins. It’s especially important to do what you can to be healthy in a society inundated with processed foods. It’s a good way to cleanse/detox your body while replenishing it with nature made vitamins!
