Turkey Wings

Turkey Wings are no different from chicken wings (except in size!) and can be prepared the same way you would chicken wings. For this recipe, I used fresh turkey wings, not the smoked kind. Suffice it to say this was actually my first time cooking turkey wings, I’d always cooked the smoked turkey in the past.

Coconut Rice

Coconut Rice, is white rice cooked in coconut milk and sometimes employs the use of sweetened coconut flakes. This recipe is a mix of coconut milk and coconut flakes. It’s easy to make and you should have no cause for concern if you’ve never made it before.

It’s easy to think ‘Oh my, Coconut Rice is probably a tad complicated!,’ when it really isn’t. It might be if you decide to use an actual coconut, since you’d have to break it (all the while keeping the coconut water intact), scoop out the coconut meat and then proceed to grate and then blend!
