Coconut Rice

Coconut Rice, is white rice cooked in coconut milk and sometimes employs the use of sweetened coconut flakes. This recipe is a mix of coconut milk and coconut flakes. It’s easy to make and you should have no cause for concern if you’ve never made it before.

It’s easy to think ‘Oh my, Coconut Rice is probably a tad complicated!,’ when it really isn’t. It might be if you decide to use an actual coconut, since you’d have to break it (all the while keeping the coconut water intact), scoop out the coconut meat and then proceed to grate and then blend! Asian Fried Rice w/ Baked Fish

I’ve been on a fish fillet high for a few weeks now and here’s just another recipe featuring more fish. I didn’t eat it for a long time, now I can’t get enough of it. It’s about to end though, I need some more texture!

I’m baaaack! Anyway, I have a few posts, three really, but this is the first of them. Not quite sure why I called it Asian fillet. I was going to simply call it Plantain and Fish, but that’s too plain, no?

Chicken Adobo: A Filipino Creation

Adobo Chicken is a Filipino dish that is slowly cooked, with soy sauce and vinegar being the main ingredients, along with a host of other spices. It is served over white rice.

Inspired by Jensmakeupbag, I decided to try my hands at this. I believe this would be my first attempt at making an Asian meal.
